Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Any correspondence, communication memos, emails, meeting notes between the representatives of the California Air Resources Board and the Western States Petroleum Association, Chevron, Tesoro, Phillips 66 or Valero, regarding item #3 in Assembly Bill 398, which pre-empts local air districts from regulating carbon dioxide at facilities covered under AB 32.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
