Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

Between January 2011 to present: All invoices from Norman A. Traub Associates Inc. and Hauptmann & Associates.

Between Sept. 1 2013 and Sept. 31 2013: All phone bills showing call detail records for police department office and cell phones.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Norman a. traub & associates and hauptmann & associates has billed calcity in excess of $24,000 in 2013 alone. The city council check register for 2013 shows a variety of invoice numbers connected to those 2013 billings.

So, I renew my original request for all of the invoices associated with all payments made to these companies since January 2011 to present day. Also can you please provide (1) a copy of the citys contracts with these companies as well as (2) the city council resolutions approving the contracts and (3) any staff reports and associated documents related to these companies, and (4) any emails or correspondence between city employees and these companies.
