James A. Pruitt Criminal History

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all records related to James A. Pruitt's (DOB: Sept. 1958; deceased as of July 5, 2003) criminal history including, but not limited to, police reports, jail records, and confidential informant records.

More specifically, I'd like to inquire about available records related to the following incidents:
- Case No. 02CR167105 - May 27, 2002 [Domestic Assault]
- Case No. 03CR164150 - Jan. 15, 2003 [Peace Disturbance]

This above cases do not constitute an exhaustive list.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
