Details: Traffic stop in Voorhees, NJ, for an expired registration. Interaction escalated into a physical altercation where Sean M. Shaw allegedly resisted arrest and assaulted officers.
Charges: Obstruction, two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief.
Incident Involving Arthur Barclay (June 7, 2018)
Details: Former State Assemblyman Arthur Barclay was involved in a domestic dispute in Camden’s Fairview section and was charged with simple assault.
Fatal Accident Following Attempted Motor Vehicle Stop (February 6, 2021)
Details: Officers attempted to stop Rashad M. Muse, who fled the scene and was fatally struck by civilian vehicles after exiting his vehicle and running onto I-676.
Incident Involving Weapon Discharge by Officer (April 24, 2023)
Details: A man allegedly assaulted a police officer during an incident where the officer’s weapon discharged, striking the suspect. Incident occurred in Camden County.
Camden Public Protest Incident (August 28, 2020)
Details: An incident during a public protest in Camden where multiple individuals were charged with resisting arrest following a confrontation with law enforcement.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As such, the request submitted is a wholesale request for information that is not encompassed by the intent of OPRA as has been articulated in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et. seq. and MAG Entertainment, LLC v.
