Liberty Middle School 2007 Incident Report

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The incident report and any supplements, such as police narratives, produced in relation to the shooting incident at Liberty Middle School on May 15, 2007.

In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of a nonprofit media outlet and these records will be used in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
