Specifically, I am seeking footage recorded by officers during or after the incidents where Marlena Velez was allegedly involved in shoplifting. According to reports, Velez, a TikTok influencer, was arrested for stealing merchandise, including $225 worth of goods during the second incident, following an earlier theft on October 30.
