Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the current contract between this department, the city, and ShotSpotter, Inc. This request includes the full ShotSpotter Services Agreement, Standard Terms and Conditions, terms of service (including square miles covered, total cost, and contract beginning and end dates), any reference service level agreements, contract amendments, cure notices, non-disclosure agreements, or other revisions to agreements.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for the super quick response. Could you please send Exhibit A as well? It appears to be missing. Part of my request was for contract beginning and end dates and I don't believe that's been included. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

Exhibit A isn't label as such at the end of the document as indicated on page 16. However, it is the "Price Proposal Subscription-Based..." that begins after page 20 of 20 of the Respond Services Agreement. Assistant Chief Adam Glueck is the administrator of this contract. I have copied him for a response to the start and end dates. He is out of the office until Monday and should be able to respond with that information upon his return to office.
