Hi Rod,
I would like to follow up on my request as the Illinois state statue is a response with-in 5 days. I had originally submitted the request on 13 January, you replied on 23 January and it's now February well past the 5 day statue. Please advise when I can expect a response in any form be it an update or the requested information. Please advise if I can clarify any part of my request.
Thanks.

Brian,
You submitted your FOIA request to the University after business hours on January 13, 2017. The next days were Saturday, Sunday and Monday, which was a federal and state holiday honoring Dr. Martin Luther King. The University was closed all three days. Thus your request was not officially received by my office until Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017. The first of the initial five days started the following day, which put the first deadline at Jan. 24, 2017.
