Pursuant to the Iowa Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the police report for a June 24, 2022 incident where, according to KCRG, "at approximately 7:17 pm, a person taking part in a downtown protest near the courthouse was reportedly struck by a truck in the area of 8th Avenue and 2nd Street SE."

However, a public release incident report that provides information such as date, time, location, and immediate circumstances surrounding the incident is available.
