Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Good Morning,
Pursuant to the Open Records Request Act, we are requesting copies of any and all accident reports, witness statements, body/dash cam surveillance and/or audio, photos, and 911 audio/ reports with regard to a motor vehicle accident which occurred on March 25, 2024, at approximately 2:23 pm, at the intersection of Highway 27 and Collard Valley Rd. The agency case number is 242503
If you will advise of your expenses in producing these records, we will promptly send you a check in payment of same.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Good Morning,
I have received your records request. I am in the process of locating what
all records we have you have requested. You will receive an email from me
by the end of day with what all we have, how long it will take me and the
approximate cost for those records. The only records that we do not have
are the 911 audio/reports, those will need to be requested through Polk
County E911.

Good Morning,
We have the accident report along with 14 body cam/dash cam videos related
to this case. I expect to have it completed by the end of the day on
Friday. I estimated it to take me approximately 14 hours to download and
review the videos, which in turn will be an ESTIMATED total of $212.80.
