Good morning Beryl Lipton,

It has come to our attention that emails are being sent to an unknown email address at our agency by your company requesting follow ups on MPIA requests. We are not receiving these emails and are only receiving documents sent via USPS mail. Can you advise on what email address you are sending your requests to?

Also, I apologize for the delayed response to your MPIA request regarding collective bargaining agreements. Your request arrived back in November of 2022. Would you like the collective bargaining agreements for that year or presently? I have our current bargaining agreements ready if you would like those.

Thank you and again, I apologize for any inconvenience.
