I am in receipt of your November 14, 2018 request, attached below.

IT is the CHA's practice to respond to Public Records request within 30 days of receipt of the same. Your receipt dates in our records is November 14, 2018.

Additionally, your request is quite voluminous, and you've deemed that your request be continued on a rolling basis. With the size of our agency, said request is not administratively practical for our staff.

Our office is in receipt of your public records request. We are in the process of determining whether the requested documentation is available for disclosure under the North Carolina Public Records Act. We have reviewed your request and have determined that clarification is required in order to continue conducting a diligent search and provide responsive records.

Please advise me, in writing, of the specific categories of data you are seeking so that we may proceed with providing a response to your request. Please clarify your request for grievances/complaints of discrimination during the defined period.

Please forward a response within ten (10) business days. If a response is not received within 10 business days, we will consider this matter closed due and you will have to submit a new public record request.
