Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
The incident report and any documents related to the investigation of the murder of Derrick Lee Banner, who was found in a vehicle in the 1400 block of Rosetta St. on or around 9/12/2017. The suspect in the case was Montavious Sanchez Berry.
This request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
