We are unable to process your request because we have not been able to determine that you are an entity eligible to make a FOIA request to the City of Charlottesville. According to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3704, public records shall be open to citizens of the Commonwealth, representatives of newspapers and magazines with circulation in the Commonwealth, and representatives of radio and television stations broadcasting in or into the Commonwealth.
