Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copy of a FOIA request submitted by Trevor Garmey for Hunton & Williams LLP in November 2017. It is believed that this request was received by the ECC on November 17, 2017 and was replied to on November 20, 2017 by email. Please also provide any replies or subsequent communications between the requester and the ECC, and any responsive documents provided to the requester.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
