I am requesting records of the police response to the shooting committed by Kanai Daniel Avery at Minaret Temple on 4/8/2011. The records I am requesting include but are not limited to incident reports and discharged round reports.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The case you are requesting the "police response to the shooting committed by Kanai Daniel Avery at Minaret Temple on 4/8/2011" is exempt from the PA Right-to-Know law because the Police Commissioner has advised some portions of the investigation may still be open because so many victims were involved, as a result, this matter is still an ongoing investigation and subsequently exempt from disclosure.
