Pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law and the Missouri Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. a copy of the monthly reports forwarded to the Chief of Police, via the chain of command, documenting the number of reads, hits & dispositions, arrests made by use of the ALPR system, and any special circumstances in which the ALPR system proved to be a valuable asset to the department.
2. an export of the data currently in the Back Office System Software (BOSS) ALPR database (preferably in excel format).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

The data in the BOSS LPR database is considered a closed records under Missouri Sunshine Law, RSMO 610.100.
