Hello FOIA officer,
625 ILCS 5/2-130 clearly defines* ALPR information as "information gathered by an ALPR or created from the analysis of data generated by an ALPR.". This does not reference information regarding the ALPR cameras themselves. Please provide records indicating the number and physical location of stationary and/or fixed deployment automatic license plate reader (ALPR) units, and any maps plotting those locations within the boundary of the area requested previously.
