Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

1)All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video (i.e., Google Meet/Hangouts, Zoom, etc.) between the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox and your department referencing air quality in Chicago.
2) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between Major League Baseball (MLB) and your department referencing air quality in Chicago.
3) All external correspondence, including email, phone, fax, or video, between the Major League Baseball Player's Association (MLBPA) and your department regarding air quality in Chicago.
4) All internal correspondence (including email, phone, fax, or video) regarding the Cubs, White Sox, MLB, and/or MLBPA.

Between the dates 06/04/23- 06/30/23

If you determine that any information qualifies for an exemption from disclosure, I ask you to note whether the exemption is discretionary and, if so, whether it is necessary in this case to exercise your discretion to withhold the information.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge and processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I also ask that our request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available (email: holler@bwd.nyc) – if not, secure file transfer, thumb drive, or CD-ROM. Dear Bradford Davis, On behalf of the Office of the Mayor, I am responding to your Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request which was dated October 01, 2023 and received in our office on the same day.
