Hi Mr. Szczepanski,
Out of curiosity, what's the process for handling FOIA requests within COPA?
Are emails received by the copa-foia@copachicago address handled by a person? A bot?
Is each request noted somewhere for tracking?
Are the processors able to see when a request is nearing its 5-day deadline?
Do responses to FOIA requests go through an approval process?
Hope you don't mind my asking. I figured I'd ask outright rather than FOIA for documents pertaining to the FOIA handling process.
Thanks for your time,
Geoff Little
