Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
Records sufficient to show the following email logs: A log of all emails to/from Anastasia Anti from May 13, 2024 through May 20, 2024. The logs should include but not be limited to: sender, recipient(s), date, time, subject line, and attachment name. Please include emails where Anastasia is cc'ed and bcc'ed and provide this log in an .xls format.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am still working on this request. Section 140/3(e), the Park District is extending the time to respond to your request by five business days and I will get it to you sooner if it is possible and my target is end of week. The reasons:
(x) the requested records require examination and evaluation by personnel having the necessary competence and discretion to determine if they are exempt from disclosure under Section 7 of this Act or should be revealed only with appropriate deletions
If this is acceptable to you, please respond in writing to agree to this extension. The new due date for your request is Wednesday June 12, 2024 by close of business but I will get it to you as soon as it is complete.
