Dear Mr. Chapman,
Attached is the extension period request.
Please note that he City Clerk's Office have two intergovernmental agreements:
1. One with the Illinois Secretary of State for access to data.
2. The Agreement with the CTA. This agreement is one year old, and that document was sent to you in my previous response.
Regarding the Illinois Secretary of State agreement we will research our archive to determine if we still have all agreements that go back to 1990, or they have been destroyed pursuant to the statutory retention period.
We will need time to research this matter, and as you stated in the previous email, you have provided no timeframe for this request.
