Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
All metadata for email exchanges since January 1st 2022 associated with the email accounts of former CPD Counterterrorism Bureau Chief Larry Snelling that contain the keywords "ShotSpotter" or "SoundThinking" and any variations that are not case-sensitive (ie. "shotspotter", "shot spotter", "soundthinking", "sound thinking").
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hey folks,
Thank you for your response, however I'm seeking to follow-up. The request seeks records that are distinct from the emails themselves, much in the same way that individual cells in an excel sheet respondent to a request that required a SQL statement would. As such, the entirety of the email will not require review, as this request does not seek email bodies, which are distinct from the requested records.
Does that clarify the request and, if so, change the assessment of whether or not the request is unduly burdensome? Thank you so much for your assistance.
