Please see the attached document for the FOIA 5720.
As explained in the attached response letter, your Request is unduly burdensome and the Park District extends the offer for you to narrow your request for example by providing keywords for the search parameters. If you would like a telephone conference to discuss narrowing your request, please call 312-742-0867.
Under section 140/3(e), the Park District is extending the time to respond to your request by five business day as a courtesy on this FOIA to give you the opportunity to narrow your search. If this is acceptable to you, please respond in writing to agree to this extension. The new due date for your request is Friday August 16, 2024 by close of business.
