All Patron Incident Reports submitted for the Area Manager 5 North Region in October 2024.
Because this request is in the public interest for Illinois nonprofit Lucy Parsons Labs for the purpose of public education, please waive any fees in accordance with 5 ILCS § 140/6(c).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Chicago Park District (the “Park District”) responds to all public records requests by the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq. Please expect a response by Monday November 18, 2024 by close of business.
