Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
A copy of any reference service level agreements, contract amendments, cure notices, non-disclosure agreements, or other revisions to agreements to the current contract between this department, the city of Chicago, and ShotSpotter, Inc. The current publicly available contract (https://webapps1.chicago.gov/vcsearch/city/vendors/102512086A/contracts) does not include information regarding the extension through August 19, 2023. This records request includes the number of square miles covered and total cost of the extension.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
