Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. New or updated health and safety procedures effective as of March 1, 2020
2. Any and all COVID related training materials
3. Any and all documentation related to the implementation of a mask policy
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello,
I was out of town for several days and this request sat in my inbox unviewed during that time. Attached you will find a copy of internal memos dealing with policy masks and cleaning, you will also find attached a copy of our Standard Operating procedure for COVID. The training we completed was all on line training from another source and I am not authorized to release it. There is no charge associated with this request as the information was already gathered for other purposes, this will not necessarily hold true regarding future requests.
