2. All other documents, if not included in the policy manual, that pertain to police department policies.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning,
With this large voluminous request, we continue to review the documents you have requested to ensure that we are not releasing any confidential investigative information. We anticipate that it will take us approximately another two weeks to complete the review. We will then advise on the associated fees and request funds. The manual is approximately 700 pages so the cost could be $70.00 (10 cents per page) plus shipping and handling. Once we have completed our review, we will provide a more accurate associated cost.
