A blank copy of a use of force reporting form.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In December 2017, the Sheriff’s Office had a change in Records Management Systems. The converted use of force data is not searchable. Therefore, we only have use of force data dating back to December 17 2017. I have attached 2017 and 2018’s data that is available.
