Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all contracts, itemized billing statements, invoices, receipts, proof of work documents, rosters, time sheets, communications, emails, faxes, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents, marketing materials, status reports, communications with the board of commissioners of Clark County, and any other documents related to financial and labor arrangements with Aramark Corporation (known commonly as Aramark), dating back from June 6, 2010 until present. The existence of these contracts were previously reported by Ben Botkin of the Las Vegas Review-Journal on June 18, 2013.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This is an appeal.
I filed a Freedom of Information act request for "Any and all contracts, itemized billing statements, invoices, receipts, proof of work documents, rosters, time sheets, communications, emails, faxes, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents, marketing materials, status reports, communications with the board of commissioners of Clark County, and any other documents related to financial and labor arrangements with Aramark Corporation (known commonly as Aramark), dating back from June 6, 2010 until present. The link which you provided obviously does not contain all of the requested documents, which includes everything in relation to the fulfillment of the contract, not just the contract itself. I am interested in all of the requested documents, which I am entitled to under the Nevada Public Records Act.

Since Purchasing does not make invoice payments, records are not available to me. I forwarded the original request to the Comptroller's office & to the Finance manager for Detention Center back in 2017 and I assumed they had responded to your request.
I apologize if your request was not met back then. This morning I've sent an urgent email to all parties to respond immediately and I've copied my manager, Adleen Stidhum, so she is aware that I am diligently trying to assist in this matter.
So that this doesn't fall through the cracks, if you don't hear back from anyone at the end of the day, let me know so I can press further.

Please find invoices from 2010 to present attached as produced by our A/P section. It's my understanding that Clark County Purchasing has previously provided the requested Food contract (link below). I've attached the Commissary contract (and extension letter) as well in the case it hasn't been previously provided. In addition to the scanned docs, we have quite literally an entire box of additional invoices relating to the food services and commissary contracts, too copious to scan/e-mail. Please provide a contact name, entity, and physical address as to where they can be sent.
Note that the request for e-mails will cost $50/hour to conduct. I don't have an estimate as to how long it'll take, especially given the time frame being requested. If you'd like to further pursue the e-mail records, please provide a check made out to 'Clark County Treasurer' in an amount corresponding to the maximum # of hours authorized to search and send directly to my attention to:
