Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. All documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years.
Additionally, if possible, please answer the following four questions:
a. What is the name of the procurement software you use (or the name of the software you use to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP)?
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?
If there are any fees required to fulfill this request, please let me know in advance of fulfilling my request.

I'm not sure what the status of this request is. The last correspondence I found was on 7/1. They have forwarded this request two more times since then. The original request was on 6/11.

RFQ/RFP are posted on Bonfire/(Ion wave)NGEM
RFI's are informal-some are through Bonfire/(Ion Wave)NGEM and most are via email by the analyst.
b. What is the annual cost for this software?
NGEM approximate annual fees are $39,562.50 / Bonfire approximate annual fees are $18,000 for 6 analyst only
c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin?
The most recent contract is with Bonfire in 2019 / NGEM recent contract was in 2018
d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP?
No. Bonfire.
