All policies, practices, procedures, rules, or orders concerning the use of force.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Feldman:

I became aware of your request dated September 13, 2023 on September 21,
2023. The information can be sent by e-mail attachment. It has been compiled
at an hourly rate of $41.8133 over three (3) hours. It is the rate of the
Chief of Police, who has the lowest hourly rate that can deal with this
sensitive information, i.e. not the attorney's hourly rate. Therefore the
total cost will be $125.44.

I have attached the invoice for this request.
