Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Emails with the words "Ron" "Baker" "freedom from religion," "Wisconsin" and "prayer" sent between members of this agency between 2010-2012

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Good Morning, Mr. Nash,
You sent an email requesting all emails between members of the school board between 2010 and 2012 which emails contain the words Ron, Baker, freedom from religion, Wisconsin and prayer. You also request that our response to this request be at no charge or, in the alternative that we tell you ahead of time what the charge will be. There will be a charge. In an effort to limit the cost and time that it represents I would appreciate a phone call from you so that we might narrow the search to exactly what you are looking for. For example "Baker" would include all emails that have information regarding Baker County, Florida, or our cooking program. Freedom from religion would include emails on a broad range of topics and incidences some of which would be covered by confidentiality laws and could not be disclosed. As you can see, it would be better to determine what you are looking for.

I look forward to hearing from you so that we can deal with this matter to our mutual satisfaction.
