Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am writing to formally request access to the bodycam footage under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) related to the arrest of Ashley Anderson on Clearwater Beach in 06/10/2022
Incident Details for Footage Retrieval:
Date: 06/10/2022
Location: Clearwater Beach, Pinellas County, Florida
Suspect: Ashley Anderson, 21
Incident Summary: Ashley Anderson was arrested for disorderly intoxication following a physical altercation with a family on the beach. She allegedly shoved a woman and engaged in a verbal confrontation, causing a disturbance. Officers placed her in handcuffs and escorted her to a police vehicle, where she continued to yell, insult officers, and kick the car door. She was later transported to Pinellas County Jail.
I request the following:
Bodycam footage from the officers who interacted with and arrested Ashley Anderson.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
