Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Location: Clearwater, FL
Suspect: Monika Hladik, 41
Incident Summary: Hladik, a former managerial accountant for Inspecs USA, was arrested for allegedly embezzling $710,531 from the company between 2016 and 2022. Authorities state that she wrote 232 unauthorized checks to herself, forged her employer’s signature, and manipulated QuickBooks accounting entries to conceal the theft. The investigation began after a complaint was filed by the company president. Hladik was arrested and charged with a scheme to defraud.
I am requesting copies of all body-worn camera footage from officers who:

Responded to the complaint and conducted any preliminary investigations.
Located and arrested Monika Hladik.
Transported her to the Pinellas County Jail.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
