I also request any maps, spreadsheets, or other documents that were
developed to indicate locations or proposed locations for the
installation of the city's surveillance camera.

I request any budgets prepared by the city or submitted to the city
outlining the costs of the launch and maintenance of the CS3 Camera
System.

I request any proposal information, including camera technical
specifications, PowerPoints, project plans, bid documents, and
supplementary materials submitted to the city by vendors or other partner organizations applying to
build the city's CS3 Camera System.

I am particularly interested in and am requesting the bid submitted by
Motorola, as well as any Memorandums of Understanding or other
agreements between the City of Cleveland and Motorola regarding the
use of surveillance equipment or data generated by surveillance
systems, and request any such agreements whether or not they are
involved with the CS3 Camera Program.
