Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All records and documents pertaining to the four arrest warrants Mr. David P. Caldwell, date of birth 11/12/1970, had out for all his arrest.
The list is as follows:
Unknown warrant issued on 10/22/1992; inactive since 10/22/1992
State Warrant issued on 03/14/2009; inactive since 03/23/2009
State Warrant Issued on 06/14/2010; inactive since 11/16/2010
State Warrant Issued on 09/06/2013; inactive since 09/04/2019
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I have copied the Municipal Court Clerk, as the documents requested appear to be related to warrants issued through the court and they have a separate process for public record requests.
