This is a request for records pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law from WIRED magazine. I hereby request the following records:
1. Copies of all electronic communications, including attachments, between any representative of Cochise County Sheriff's Office and Cogniac Corporation of San Jose, created between January 1, 2019 and July 26, 2019.
2. Copies of all internal Sheriff's Office communications, presentations, memos, and other documents that mention Cogniac, created between January 1, 2019 and July 26, 2019.
3. Copies of any and all contracts, agreements, or memorandums of understanding between the Sheriff's Office and Cogniac Corporation.
This request is being made for newsgathering purposes, and the requested documents will be made available to the general public.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
