Under the Coconino County Medical Examiner, the case number is 23-711. Under the Coconino County Sheriff's office, the case number is S23-03724. Thank you in advance! Please let me know if more information is required.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

A copy of the police report for this case can be requested directly from the Coconino County Sheriff's Office. A copy of the medical examiner’s report can be obtained from our office for a fee of $11 which can be remitted to the address below via check or money order. If paying by credit card please call our office with your card information). Once payment has been received, a copy of the examination report will be provided.
