this time, CSISD is still in the process of finalizing the installation and
deployment of Unified Insights, so we do not have training materials to
provide to you at this time.

To Whom It May Concern:

According to the Scope of Work provided by PowerSchool to the district
regarding the District's use of Unified Insights, the company agreed to
provide the following to the District:

"• A demo and basic training of Intervention Plans
• A demo and basic training of filling out Interventions
• A demo and basic training of Student Plans template builder
• A demo and basic training on how to create a Student Plan from a template"

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the
following records:

A copy of the following trainings provided by PowerSchool to the District
for use of Unified Insights, as stated in the attached Scope of Work
document:

• A demo and basic training of Intervention Plans
• A demo and basic training of filling out Interventions
• A demo and basic training of Student Plans template builder
• A demo and basic training on how to create a Student Plan from a template

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and
this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business
days, as the statute requires.

Good morning,

CSISD does not possess copies of the demos or training provided by
PowerSchool for use of Unified Insights. Demos and training were provided
via video conference call rather than as digital/physical files. We do not
have recordings or copies of the video calls with PowerSchool, therefore,
we do not have responsive materials or documents as it relates to your
request. Please let me know if you have any other questions as it relates
to this request.
