Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All electronic calendar items from the head of the Natural Resources section of the Office of the Attorney General. I request such calendar items for the dates 1/1/17 to the present. This includes -- but is not necessarily limited to -- the items on the official's own computer and/or such calendar items detailing the official's calendar that may be on her scheduler or assistant's computer.
- All electronic calendar items from Chief Deputy Attorney General David C. Blake's calendar for the dates 1/1/17 to the present. This includes -- but is not necessarily limited to -- the items on Chief Deputy Attorney General David C. Blake's own computer and/or such calendar items detailing his calendar that may be on his scheduler's or assistant's computer.
- All electronic calendar items from Chief of Staff Melanie J. Snyder's calendar for the dates 1/1/17 to the present. This includes -- but is not necessarily limited to -- the items on Melanie J. Snyder's own computer and/or such calendar items detailing her calendar that may be on her scheduler's or assistant's computer.
- All electronic calendar items from Colorado Solicitor General Frederick R. Yarger's calendar for the dates 1/1/17 to the present. This includes -- but is not necessarily limited to -- the items on Frederick R. Yarger's own computer and/or such calendar items detailing his calendar that may be on his scheduler's or assistant's computer.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. International Business Times is an award-winning journalism outlet. The release of these documents is in the public interest because they are about a matter of public policy.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
