All Advisories, Suspicious Activity Reports, Tips, Intelligence Briefs, Intel Reports, Leads Information or Data, Maps, Bulletins, BOLOs, and/or Joint Bulletins from 7 October 2023 to 14 October 2023 (inclusive) regarding an alleged pro-Hamas "day of jihad" or "day of rage."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The records you requested contain intelligence information and security
procedures maintained by State and federal enforcement agencies. These
records also contain specialized details of security arrangements and
protective measures for physical critical infrastructure. As such, the
custodian of these records may deny inspection of such records if
disclosure would be contrary to the public interest. See CRS
24-72-204(2)(a)(I); (2)(a)(VIII)(A). After applying the five factor
analysis established under Freedom Colorado v. El Paso County, 196 P.3d 892
(Colo. 2008) we have determined that disclosure of the records requested is
not in the public interest. Accordingly, your request for inspection is
denied.
