I also request any email communication between Education Department employees and employees of the Institute for Curriculum Services since October 7th, 2022.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please use this form to submit requests for records under the Colorado Open
Records Act. You will receive a copy of your submission to the email
address that you provide.

A request is considered "received" by CDE on the working day that it is
submitted. Any request received after 4:30 pm or any day CDE is officially
closed will be considered received as of the following working day. CDE
shall make every effort to respond within three working days, as provided
by § 24-72-203(3)(b), CRS This three-day period begins on the first working
day following receipt of the request.

The following is an example of a response timeline assuming that there are
no holidays:

If a request is received before 4:30 pm on Tuesday, the three-day period
would begin at 8 am on Wednesday and end at 5 pm on Friday.

If a request is received after 4:30 pm on Tuesday, the three-day period
would begin at 8 am on Thursday and end at 5 pm on the following Monday.

The department may extend its response period up to seven working days if
it finds extenuating circumstances exist and communicates that finding to
the requestor in writing, as described in § 24-72-203(3)(b), CRS The
extension period would begin on the fourth working day following receipt of
the request.

CDE shall make every effort to respond within three working days, as provided by § 24-72-203(3)(b), C.R.S. We will reopen on Monday, December 2nd , 2024. Your open records request will be due by the end of the day Monday, December 2nd 2024

We do not have any contracts or content of any professional development materials by Institute Curriculum Services since Oct. 7, 2022. We have no purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements with the Institute for Curriculum Services. Additionally, we have no expenses on our P-Card to the Institute of Curriculum Services.

We found 42 emails from ICS, but they were all bulk marketing emails except for the attached one.
