Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am writing to request information regarding complaints filed against Off-Road Automotive, located at 13015 Co Rd 16, Fort Lupton, CO 80621, under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), C.R.S. 24-72-201 et seq. Specifically, I am seeking detailed records of any complaints originating with the Auto Industry Division, including but not limited to:
The nature and description of each complaint.
The dates on which each complaint was filed.
The current status or resolution of each complaint.
Any actions taken by the Auto Industry Division in response to these complaints.
Additionally, if any of the requested records are not readily available, I request that those records be processed and sent separately as soon as they become available.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Newton,
We are writing in response to your Colorado Open Records Act request for
documents relating to Off Road Automotive. Attached please find documents
responsive to your request. Information contained in the documents that is
considered personally identifiable information (PII) and which is protected
from disclosure under CORA by statute (C.R.S. 24-72-501) has been redacted.
These are the resolutions for each case identified in the attachments:
Case #23-0448, closed with no violation
Case #23-0096, closed with a warning letter
Case #22-1054, closed with a warning letter
Case #22-0890, closed with a warning letter
Case #22-0882, closed as noting potential civil litigation
Case #22-0506, closed with a warning letter
Case #22-0389, closed with a warning letter
Case #22-0271, closed with no violation
Case #21-0827, closed with warning letter
There are two cases that remain open and are not currently subject to
release pending the completion of those investigations: 24-0329, 24-0256.
Case number 22-0816 is currently pending administrative action and also not
releasable at this time (C.R.S. 24-72-204(2)(a)(IX)(A)).

I am writing to request access to all correspondence generated from or in relation to my prior records requests submitted to your office. This includes internal communications, responses, and any other related documentation.
Additionally, I kindly request a brief description of the search conducted to locate these records, including the departments or databases searched.
Please confirm receipt of this request and provide an estimated time frame for fulfilling it. Should there be any associated fees, please inform me in advance.

Dear Mr. Newton,
Attached please find documents responsive to your CORA request for "all
correspondence generated from or in relation to my prior [AID] records
request".
In addition, this is the response from the AID regarding the search process
used for your request:
*I first searched MyLicense Office (MLO) for the dealer referenced in the
complaint. This would give me the license number for that dealer, in this
case 44485. I would then search for any complaints we have associated with
that license number. I would then go into OnBase and search for
investigations based on that license number. I would cross reference the
complaints from MLO with the results in OnBase to make sure they agree. I
then printed all of the reports associated with the cases with the
exception of the case that was presented to the Motor Vehicle Dealer
Board. For that case I provided the affidavit of probable cause instead of
the report. I then provided all of these reports and the affidavit to the
CORA staff in order for them to be redacted and provided to the requestor*.
