Thank you for your message. I would like to limit the sender/recipient search criteria to the agency's command staff and the assistants of the command staff. Where might I find a list of those employees or an organizational chart online? If it's not available online, can you send a list to me?

Additionally I have contacted dozens of department before this and I have never been told that individual employees must retrieve their own emails. Do you mean to say you do not have the ability to run key word searches in relation to the email accounts of specific employees?
