Hello Mr. Chapman,
Please see below the details of the estimate that you and Jenna discussed
yesterday, April 3rd, over the phone. This estimate is related to your
request for metadata of all emails sent to and from all staff of the
Governor's Office on March 5, 2018.
For March 5, 2018, there were approximately 11,000 emails sent to and from
all staff of the Governor's office, for which both Jenna and I need to
review, the cost estimate is as follows:
At 15 seconds of review per email, this would be about 45 hours of work.
For Jenna, at $30/hour, this would cost about $1350, and for me, at
$20/hour, this would cost about $900. Therefore, the total estimate for the
request would be about $2250.
Jenna will call you this afternoon to discuss the revised request you spoke
about yesterday, which will request just emails sent to and from Governor
Hickenlooper on March 5, 2018.
