Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All documents and files, including letters, memos, emails and all communications pertaining to Native American rights activist Theda Rose Nelson Clarke (who was born August 23, 1923 and died October 8, 2011). An obituary of Theda Rose Nelson Clarke was published in the Rapid City Journal on October 12, 2011. A copy of her obituary is attached to this request as a PDF.

I would also like to request a search of all available cross-index files for mentions of Theda Rose Nelson Clarke in other documents, to be included with this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
