From: Samuel Sinyangwe
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Colorado Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. The total number of civilian complaints reported in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 (totals separated by year)
2. The total number of civilian complaints sustained in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 (totals separated by year)
Please only include statistics reflecting the number of civilian complaints, not internal/departmental complaints.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Samuel Sinyangwe

Good day,
The requested records were sent to you on April 15, 2020 at this email. I have attached them to this email, as I not sure it a spam filter or firewall that may have prevented the previous delivery attempt. Please let me know it you have received the attachment. In this instance there will not be a charge for these records.
The custodian putting together the request mentioned these instructions :
"The only thing left for the requestor to do would be to filter the sustained vs. the other dispositions under each year."
Best regards,
