Financial Records & Audits of Clinton’s Sanitation Department

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. Any audits, financial reviews, or investigations of Clinton’s Streets & Sanitation Department from FY 2023-24 to present.

2. Budget allocations vs. actual expenditures for waste management in Clinton from FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25.

3. Any findings, recommendations, or corrective actions issued by the Auditor’s Office related to sanitation services in Clinton.

4. Any reports detailing financial mismanagement, inefficiencies, or wasteful spending within Clinton’s sanitation department.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
