Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the Matrix study regarding the Columbus Division of Fire, which was described by Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther to 10TV WBNS in the 2022 article "Report: Columbus in need of more firefighters, medics" (https://www.10tv.com/article/news/local/report-columbus-division-fire-needs-more-members/530-83b7f2a4-66fc-4dce-b2be-50cc7dc5bee5)
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
